Isabel Hall, MS, LMHC
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
I provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families who seek greater contentment, authenticity, and connection in their daily life. My therapeutic approach incorporates several major theories of counseling, including Solution-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioral, REBT, Person Centered. I tailor my particular focus to the needs of my client(s).
In our work together you can expect a balanced exploration of both the past and present. As we dive into the past we are able to better understand unhealthy patterns and what led to them in the first place. Gaining such empowering information allows us to explore present values and develop skills to cope with inevitable parts of life and also turn your dream life into a reality.
I offer a calming and empathic space for my clients to dig deep and heal within. You deserve to heal, develop self-worth, to enjoy rewarding relationships, and to lead a fulfilling life.
